We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

In order to be returned, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. It is also necessary to present a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items shipped without a return request will not be accepted.

damage and problems
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and rectify it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom items (such as special orders or custom items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

The quickest way to ensure what you want is to return the item in question and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

14 day cooling off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the products are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with the tags and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Reimbursement
Once the return has been received and verified, we will notify you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically using the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card issuer to process and issue the refund.
