How to use
- Put the grip sock on your bare foot, instead of a normal sock.
- If you wear mini shin pads, place them on your shin over the sock.
- Pull the sock sleeve over the grip sock and the shin pad: it holds everything in place and shows your team colour.
- Put your boots on and lace up as usual.
