How to use
- Put on your grip sock and place the mini shin pad on the front of your shin.
- Pull the sock sleeve up over the sock and the shin pad: it holds it in place.
- Alternatively, or for extra hold, fix it with the adhesive shin pad strips.

Are mini shin pads legal?
For every pair, Law 4 of the IFAB Laws of the Game (2026/27) applies: shin guards made of a suitable material and of an appropriate size for reasonable protection, covered by the socks, with the player responsible for their size. There's no minimum in centimetres. If your team plays in a league with its own rules, ask the referee or the club.
How do you keep them in place?
Your sock holds them on the shin. For extra stability, use TrincheBalk adhesive shin pad strips.
