RETURNS

They must be returned at the customer's expense in perfect condition, new and with the original labels, within a maximum period of 14 days, to receive a refund.
To return an item(s) and obtain a refund, you must first contact us through our email support@trinchebalk.com.
A refund will be processed by the original payment method in a period of 7-10 working days from the time the item arrives at our warehouse, after which the returns part will be issued, responding to your incident.
