RETURNS

Items must be returned at the customer's expense in perfect condition, new, and with original tags within 14 days to receive a refund.
To return an item(s) and obtain a refund, please contact us in advance at support@trinchebalk.com.
A refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days once the item reaches our warehouse. After reviewing the return, we will respond to your case accordingly. Please note we cannot refund the original shipping cost, except for defective or incorrectly sent orders.
