How to use
- First put on your grip sock, regular or short.
- Place the mini shin pad on the front of your shin.
- Pull the sock sleeve up over the sock and the shin pad: it holds it in place.
- For extra hold, add the adhesive shin pad strips.

How do you wear them?

Do they cover the shin pads as the Laws require?
IFAB Law 4 asks for shin guards to be covered by the socks: pull the sock sleeve up until they're covered. It also asks that any tape or material applied or worn on the outside of the sock is the same colour as the part of the sock it covers, so it makes sense to match your grip socks and sock sleeves.
